At iiAthena Jewelry, we want you to shop with confidence and comfort, which is why we offer a 60-day return/exchange policy. If, within 60 days of delivery, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, simply get in touch with us, and we will gladly assist with your return request.

Order Cancellation Policy

For regular orders, a full refund is available if canceled before shipment. However, personalized, engraved, or special order items are subject to material and processing fees if canceled more than 1 hour after placement:

  1. $10 cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours after ordering.
  2. $20 cancellation fee if canceled 24 hours after ordering.

Please note that orders already shipped cannot be canceled. If you've received your package and are dissatisfied, please contact us for return instructions. Do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be handled by third-party logistics. reserves the right to update this policy; any changes will be posted on this page. For inquiries about cancellations or other policies, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges must be requested within 60 days of the original order receipt.
  2. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition without signs of wear or damage.
  3. When returning/exchanging items, please use a shipping method with tracking; returns/exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. iiAthena Jewelry covers return postage and replacement fees for:
    • Wrong items received.
    • Broken, defective, or incorrectly engraved items.

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Customers are responsible for return and replacement postage fees for:
    • Wrong size ordered.
    • Dissatisfaction with the item in person.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Customized items, including customized size, engraving, color, stone cut, or stone size, cannot be returned (custom sizes with an additional $20 charge).
  2. Items that have been worn or sent as replacements/exchanges cannot be returned again.

General Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate your return/exchange by emailing us at with your order number. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the eligibility assessment and send a "Return & Exchange" authorization.

  2. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving return/exchange instructions, following our guidance. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and requiring a signature to confirm delivery.

  3. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and proceed with the exchange or issue a refund.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving, inspecting, and confirming your return.

Please Note:

  1. Shipping fees before discounts are non-refundable. Despite any free or discounted shipping, we incur the original shipping cost for each order and cannot refund it.
  2. Customers who initially selected free shipping will have a $10 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
