For regular orders, a full refund is available if canceled before shipment. However, personalized, engraved, or special order items are subject to material and processing fees if canceled more than 1 hour after placement:

General Return/Exchange Process
Initiate your return/exchange by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the eligibility assessment and send a "Return & Exchange" authorization.
Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving return/exchange instructions, following our guidance. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and requiring a signature to confirm delivery.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and proceed with the exchange or issue a refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving, inspecting, and confirming your return.
