At iiAthena Jewelry, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free, which is why we offer a generous 60-day return/exchange policy. If, within 60 days of delivery, you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us, and we'll be more than happy to assist with your return request.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges must be requested within 60 days of receiving the original order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition, free from scratches or signs of wear, and must not have undergone resizing or alterations.
  • When returning/exchanging items, please use a shipping method with tracking; returns/exchanges without tracking will not be processed.

Not Eligible for Return & Exchange

  • Customized items, such as those with personalized sizing, engravings, custom colors, stone cuts, or stone sizes, are non-returnable.
  • Items that have been worn or previously exchanged cannot be returned again.

    General Return/Exchange Process

    1. To begin your return/exchange process, please email us at with your order number. Our customer service team will assist you with the eligibility assessment and provide a "Return & Exchange" authorization.

    2. After receiving return/exchange instructions, please ship the product back within 7 days, following our guidance. We advise using a shipping method with tracking and requiring a signature upon delivery confirmation.
      (Please note that if the item being returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer assumes responsibility in the event of loss by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.)

    3. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and proceed accordingly with the exchange or issuance of a refund

    Full Coverage Return & Exchange Conditions
    iiAthena Jewelry covers return postage and replacement fees for:

    • Wrong items received.
    • Broken, defective items.

    Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Conditions
    Customers are responsible for return and replacement postage fees for:

    • Wrong size ordered.
    • Dissatisfaction with the item in person.


    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving, inspecting, and confirming your return. 

    Note: Customers who received free shipping on their orders will have shipping deducted from their refund. 

    Cancellation Policy

    Customized, engraved, or special order items may incur material and processing fees if canceled more than 7 hours after placement. For further details on cancellation, please see below:

    • $10 cancellation fee if canceled within 7 to 24 hours after ordering.
    • $20 cancellation fee if canceled 24 hours after ordering.

    Please be aware that orders already shipped cannot be canceled. If you've received your package and are dissatisfied, please contact us for return instructions. Do not reject delivery, as undelivered packages will be handled by third-party logistics. reserves the right to revise this policy; any updates will be posted on this page.
